My Experience Visiting Casa de Luz

My visit to Casa de Luz has been a life changing experience! The children are very bright and courageous. It’s inspiring to see them exhibit such strength in light of their circumstances. All of the children were such a joy to be around especially Rubi and Eliza. I can tell through the children’s laughter and interaction with each other and the staff that they are much loved and very happy.
This visit has given me a greater appreciation for life and a great appreciation and respect for all of those who help make this orphanage a success. Again this was an amazing trip and has inspired me to get my friends and family involved. I look forward to my next visit!            Kimberly, 2009

God has been placing Project Child in my mind lately. I continually pray that I could follow God's will. He has encouraged me to tell many people about Project Child and more specifically to get every child sponsored for $30 a month for a whole year. Hopefully this can become a reality. When I was 21 years of age, I had an accident, major brain surgery, coma, rehab, recovery, and since then have been given the opportunity to fulfill my dreams. All of my prayers have been answered after I realized God had to show me the way and I had to learn about life. Project Child is mentioned on my own website so the world can now know the source of love, helping hand, physical, medical, and spiritual care, and the funds collected that goes out for the orphaned and disabled children of the Dominican Republic . I hope and pray that all people can see the work and also be apart of Project Child.
